I. Operation mode of J53-630A is inserting type, simple platform, and gantry brake.
II. J53-630B makes improvement basing on J53-630A. Its operation mode is cylinder operation installed at the two ends of transmission axis. Features steel structure platform, push-type brake, flexible and reliable operation. Steel structure platform reduces working voice greatly. Small damage to friction belt for its large brake moment since even contact between brake board area and flywheel. It prolongs friction belt lifetime. So push-type brake is convenient for adjustment.
III. J53-630D makes further improvement basing on J53-630B, maintains advantages of J53-630B, cylinder operation, steel structure platform, push-type brake, whole pre-stress rack. It is new product that our company promotes first. All parts are almost same as J53-630B. Install tension rod basing on J53-630B rack and adopt hydraulic tighten, a new technology to ensure even tightening force. Increase rack intension and rigidity solve rupture problems that exist in J53-630A and J53-630B. So J53-630D press rack enhances its reliability greatly. Intensify overload capability during application. Presently, it becomes the first choice for customers. |

J53-1000B is whole machine while J53-1000C is fission which structure is three pre-stress four tension rods, safer than J53-1000B, the whole machine, and solves rupture problem that exists in J53-1000B machine rack.Rack security and reliability of J53-1000C improved much more. Adopt auxiliary board structure which reduces particular stress greatly during flywheel operation so the flywheel runs stable. Change screw and nut from tooth shape into trapezia (J53-1000B screw and nut are square tooth). J53-1000C screw diameter φ400, J53-1000B, screw diameter φ380. Increase lifetime of J53-1000C screw, nut, back-up screw and improve screw rigidity. Brake device changed from J53-1000B gantry brake to J53-1000C push brake which improves reliability effectively and convenient for adjusting. Platform designed rigidity reduces vibration noise during the press working efficiently. J53-1000C slider, supporting back material casting iron (J53-1000B is ductile iron) Besides, slider weight of J53-1000C is more heavier than J53-1000B for 1,000kg, J53-1000C rack column width of front-rear,1000mm, is wider than J53-1000B’s width, 750mm, for 250mm. J53-1000C machine weight is 46.8tons, while, J53-1000B is 38.5tons. Beating force of J53-1000C is stable. Increase stability and reliability effectively. Meanwhile, J53-1000C utilizes cylinder operation at the both ends (J53-1000B using inserting operation), so it’s flexible and reliable. Weight of J53-1000A is 42 tons. Other parts’ weight are same. Total weight of J53-1000C press is 106 tons.
